- Found the battery is dead and when testing is has a dead cell. Alternator is charging. Will need to replace the battery to correct the problem.
- Found the problem is the hatch struts. Will need to replace the hatch struts to correct the problem. We will do a relearn procedure with the scanner at this time.
- Remove and replace the battery.
